Cute family!

We were able to take some really cute pictures of this adorable family in our ward! Seriously could little Mr. I be any cuter?

P.F. changs marathon

No we didn’t run a marathon yet! P.J. ran and we watched little Katers.

He ran with the team in training leukemia and lymphoma society in honor of his wife Amy who had breast cancer.

Kate loves Deric! whenever he comes in the room I am chopped liver!

While we were waiting for PJ to finish we witnessed a marriage proposal! It was so sweet! They ran 26.2 miles together and steps before the finish the line he asked her to marry him! She said yes!!!!!

PJ finished and did great! Kate was very proud! we all were!!!

family 5k

I had this crazy idea in November to do a family Christmas 5k in Spokane. I know I'm totally crazy. Considering their most likely would be snow and really cold temperatures.

To my surprise everyone I talked to said it sounded fun!

So new years eve day a bunch of my family and some extended family got together and we did a sorter than 5k new years run! It was so much fun to see the little kids all excited about doing it. I walked/jogged with my niece Cynthia and nephew Nathan and they kept saying to each other how much fun they were having and that this was an awesome way to have some fun family time!

Everyone did really good. we only had one small little mishap. When I got back (really close to last) one of my older nieces hadn’t returned yet and she took the longer route with Deric and my brother Jon. I was a little concerned she wasn’t back yet. So Deric took off running with my brother Jon to find her and my sister in law and I took off in the car. After searching for a while Deric found her on the trail we were on. She tried to take the long route and ended up not knowing where to go so she turned around to come back the way she came. She didn’t really realize she was “missing” and freaking everyone out. But what's a family fun run without something going wrong right?

I think this is going to be a new family tradition! It was a lot of fun.

Experiment

Breanna is my niece! She’s super fun. Her mom and I were really hoping to get a good shot of her blowing glitter, but that didn’t work out so well. The boys did a better job. so we moved on to confetti. it kinda worked!

My Birthday!!!!!

I turned 26 this year! It kinda feels like a nothing birthday. Nothing big is happening this year that I know of so far, and it makes me closer to 30. Kind of a bummer. For my birthday we went ice skating! I hadn’t been in ages, but it was tons of fun. I forgot how much your feet hurt though. It was loads of fun being their with tons of family and seeing the littler kids (and a brother) learn how to skate.

I love visiting these beauties when we come home to Spokane. This year I took some nieces and nephews! I was sad to see only 1 buck but 1 is better than none!
